SSD and Flash Memory Drives

At the first look it may seem too obvious that having a drive without any moving parts inside as a very good solution for a data safety. In the reality, it is quiet the opposite. The modern flash memory chips are being used in USB drives, or SSD do not serve as reliable data storage for the long time. Not to mention that data recovery from the set of numerous NAND circuits in solid state drive turns the recovery task into a nightmare. Even one dead chip or just a few lost blocks may lead to a failure to recreate lost files. More complex data organization in flash memory compare to quite straight-forward order in conventional hard drive requires much more efforts in the order to bring the data back.
USB flash drives based on NAND memory chip technology
We salvage files from dead or malfunctioning flash memories based on NAND memory chips. Data Recovery for non-NAND devices (such as monoliths) is currently not supported by our lab.

Solid State Drives

We repair data from bad SSD too, but some cases might exceed the price of recovery of conventional hard drive.
