Short circuit using 2.5" to 3.5" IDE converter. No clicking & No spinning. Change the board.

Drive failed to boot; not in BIOS

have successfully restored every byte of data from all 7 partitions on my

Drive is NOT visible in BIOS. Nothing out of the ordinary leading up to the drive failure. Tech dept used local utilities to bring up the drive and also tried in another computer, nothing worked.
